As a standard company policy, no returns are allowed after-sales.
Although all Ramee products undergo strict quality-control tests prior to shipment, however in case of any manufacturing defect, if reported within seven days of delivery, items will be corrected/replaced free of charge within minimum possible time depending on the inventory. No general wear and tear is covered under it.

A store credit equivalent to 60% of the amount paid by you will be issued to your account.
This credit may be used within 90 days from the date of issue, after that, it will expire automatically.
Please do not ship the items before consulting our sales representative.
Items should accompany the original invoice and packaging.
We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss while shipping back to us.
After Sales Repairs
We also undertake repairs of our items for general wear & tear. Repair charges will be informed after evaluating the work required.
