Return & Exchange Policy
- As a standard company policy, no returns are allowed after sales.
- All our products pass through stringent quality control checks to ensure dispatching the zero-defect product to you that meets all the specifications as specified in your order.
- However, we understand that there may be instances where a manufacturing defect occurs. If you notice any manufacturing defects in the product, we kindly request that you report it to us within 3 days of delivery.
- If reported within 3 days of delivery, products will be corrected/replaced free of charge within the minimum possible time depending on the inventory. No general wear and tear are covered under it.
- Once we have received your email and our quality control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
- Please do not ship the items before consulting our sales representative.
- Products should accompany the original packaging.
- We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss while shipping back to us.
