As a standard company policy, no returns are allowed after sales.
All our products pass through stringent quality control checks to ensure dispatching the zero-defect product to you that meets all the specifications as specified in your order.
However, we understand that there may be instances where a manufacturing defect occurs. If you notice any manufacturing defects in the product, we kindly request that you report it to us within 3 days of delivery.
If reported within 3 days of delivery, products will be corrected/replaced free of charge within the minimum possible time depending on the inventory. No general wear and tear are covered under it.
Once we have received your email and our quality control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
Please do not ship the items before consulting our sales representative.
Products should accompany the original packaging.
We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss while shipping back to us.
