Refund Policy
- As a standard company policy, no returns are allowed after sales.
- Although all Ramee products undergo strict quality-control tests before shipment, in case of any manufacturing defect, if reported within 3 days of delivery at the customer's end, products will be corrected/replaced free of charge within the minimum possible time depending on the inventory. No general wear and tear are covered under it.
- Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
- Please do not ship the items before consulting our sales representative.
- Items should accompany the original packaging.
- We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss while shipping back to us.
- We also undertake repairs of our items for general wear & tear. Repair charges will be informed after evaluating the work required.
